This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected by Billquist Communication News Sàrl, which is registered in Switzerland with the enterprise identification number CHE-336.698.741 (hereafter the “Publisher”) via the website www.radioregs.ch (hereafter the “Website”).
When a visitor to the Website fills out an enquiry form, or when a subscriber or a user named in a subscription plan registers on the Website to create an account, or when a subscriber places an order for a subscription to World Radiocommunication Week (WRW), they are required to provide data including their name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, job title, organization and, for payments by credit card, credit card information.
The Publisher uses such data to process subscription orders and renewals, to deliver the electronic editions of WRW, to answer enquiries and to provide information about the publication.
General website data about visits to the Website are collected. The Publisher uses commonly used software to track promotions, newsletter delivery and copyright compliance.
The Publisher undertakes to treat personal data confidentially. The Publisher does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties.
