CLARIFICATION: The FCC in April said SpaceX is required to coordinate with the Aerospace and Flight Test Radio Coordinating Council (AFTRCC) as part of its application to test its second-generation satellites with direct-to-cellular communications payloads with cellular test devices outside the U.S (

Two related requests for the special temporary authority from the FCC remained in a pending status as of June 6.
