… / … Clarification (27 Sept. 2022) — WRW Sept. 19 p1: The meteorological-, Earth science- and aviation-related organizations reportedly followed previous practices and guidance for the submittal to the FCC in response to possible additional sharing in 1675-1680 MHz. The study was available in the FCC proceeding despite the dead link. One concern of the proponent’s was the report’s delay, which was done in 2020. Another concern was our characterization of the NTIA letter, which appeared to provide greater deference to possible sharing than the study found.
